Service fees
Service fees are refundable if you cancel before we begin processing your application. Once document review has started, a partial refund of up to 50% may apply.
Government fees
Government visa fees paid to immigration authorities are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the application outcome.
Rejected applications
If your application is rejected due to our error in document preparation, we will reprocess at no additional service charge. Government fees remain non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email refunds@ugandavisaassist.com with your application reference number within 14 days of payment. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
